modems, fax machines, and several other types of computer hardware. We stock spare parts for all the major brands
we carry. If a part is not in stock, most parts can be shipped to us within 48 hours, and rush delivery is available.
Also, we have on staff, A+ Certified Technicians to further enhance our service department.
DSA of Erie, Inc. is an authorized ACER, OKIDATA, and HP Service Provider for the Erie County area. This means our
technicians have been certified by these manufacturers to repair your product, and are also kept up to date on new
product development. Also, DSA is proud to announce they are also Service Providers for both Samsung and Brother printing products.
We offer maintenance contracts to cover computer products when the manufacturers' warranties expire.. Service is also available
on a per-call basis, either on site or in our shop. We also can upgrade any existing system you have with new memory, hard drives,
add on devices, new software, and more.
